This policy explains how Dijo Tools ("we", "us") handles information for the game Atlantia.
Information we collect
- Account data: a player identifier and display name needed to run your game account.
- Gameplay data: your in-game progress, cities, troops, and purchases.
- Messages: chat and messages you send in-game (such as world, alliance, and player-to-player messages) are stored so we can deliver them, moderate the game, and prevent abuse.
- Payment data: when you buy Rubies, payment is processed by Stripe. We do not receive or store your full card details; Stripe handles that. We retain a record of the purchase (amount, pack, timestamp) to credit your account and for accounting.
How we use it
To operate your account, deliver purchased Rubies, run and balance the game, prevent fraud and cheating, and provide support. We do not sell your personal information.
Third parties
We use Stripe for payment processing and Cloudflare for hosting and infrastructure. Their handling of data is governed by their own privacy policies.
Data retention & your rights
We keep account and purchase records for as long as your account is active or as required for legal and accounting purposes. To request access to or deletion of your data, contact us. Note that purchase records required for accounting may be retained as required by law.
Children
Atlantia is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age in your country). We do not knowingly collect data from children; contact us if you believe a child has provided us information.
