Terms of Service

These Terms govern your access to and use of Atlantia ("the Game"), operated by Dijo Tools ("we", "us"). By creating an account or playing, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Game

Atlantia is a free-to-play online multiplayer strategy game. We may add, change, or remove features, content, and game balance at any time to operate and improve the service.

2. Accounts & conduct

You are responsible for activity on your account. Do not cheat, exploit bugs, use unauthorized third-party tools, harass other players, or attempt to disrupt the service. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3. Rubies & virtual items

Rubies are an optional virtual currency, and in-game items are virtual goods. They have no real-world monetary value, cannot be exchanged for cash, and are licensed to you for use within the Game only; you do not own them. We may adjust the price, availability, or in-game value of Rubies and items. Purchases are governed by our Refund Policy.

4. Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe; by purchasing you also agree to Stripe's terms. You confirm you are authorized to use the payment method and are of legal age to make the purchase (or have permission from a parent or guardian).

5. Availability & termination

The Game is provided "as is" without warranties. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability and may modify or discontinue the service. If your account is terminated for violating these Terms, unused Rubies may be forfeited.

6. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability arising from the Game or these Terms is limited to the amount you paid us in the 6 months before the claim.
