Refund Policy

This policy covers purchases of Rubies, the optional virtual currency used in the game Atlantia ("the Game"), operated by Dijo Tools ("we", "us").

Immediate delivery & non-refundable

Rubies are digital content delivered to your in-game account immediately after a successful payment. Because the content is supplied instantly, all sales are final and Rubies are non-refundable once they have been credited to your account.

By completing a purchase, you expressly agree that the digital content is supplied immediately and you acknowledge and waive any statutory right of withdrawal or cancellation (including the EU/UK 14-day cooling-off period) to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

Exceptions

Nothing in this policy limits rights you may have under mandatory consumer-protection law in your jurisdiction. If Rubies were not delivered, you were charged in error, or a purchase was unauthorized, contact us and we will investigate and, where appropriate, issue a refund or credit.

Consumed Rubies

Rubies that have already been spent on in-game items, boosts, or services cannot be refunded or restored.
